  All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time, and we will inform you accordingly.

• Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
  We ship both domestically and internationally using reliable courier services. Delivery time varies by location:

• Domestic deliveries: 3-7 business days

• International deliveries: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs process.

• Shipping Charges:
  Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and delivery location.

• Tracking:
  Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns:
  We take great care to ensure product quality. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at classicfeltnepal@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
  We will review your request and guide you through the return process.

• Eligibility for Return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• Custom-made products are not eligible for return unless damaged or faulty.

• Shipping costs for returns (unless the item was defective or damaged) will be borne by the customer.

• Exchanges:
  We offer exchanges only if the product received is damaged or incorrect. Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds:
  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
